Yes, partial refunds are available within the following timeframes:
On or before October 12, 2025: 70% refund
On or before November 15, 2025: 50% refund

No. Registrations are non-transferable.
Race packets must be used only by the registered participant.
Transferring your registration to another person is not allowed.
In emergency cases (e.g. pregnancy, serious
illness, surgery), a valid medical certificate signed by a physician must be submitted. The registration may then be
deferred to the following year.
🔺 Participants caught using race bibs under another name will be disqualified and excluded from official results.
No. Only the registered runner is allowed to personally claim their race kit.
This rule is
strictly enforced to protect the integrity of the race and ensure the identity of participants.
Claiming on
behalf of someone else will not be permitted under any circumstance at the claiming venue.
For special cases (e.g. emergencies, out-of-town travel, health reasons), you must email us at support@cebumarathon.com.ph on or before December 15, 2025, with the following:
A valid reason for the absence
A signed authorization letter
A copy of the registrant’s valid ID
A copy of the authorized representative’s valid ID
All requests will be subject to approval. No requests will be accepted after the deadline.
❌ Group claiming is strictly prohibited for all categories.
Race kits must be claimed within the official claiming period.
Unclaimed race kits will be forfeited.
No claiming will be allowed on race day.

3. Fill up the fields in the registration form, as required.
4. You may opt to add participants in the same transaction by clicking the "Add Participant" button.
5. Choose your preferred payment method – direct bank transfer, online banking, Remittance centers and E-wallet (through Dragonpay payment partners), or through Paypal (debit/credit card).
6. Double check your orders and click Checkout to proceed.
7. Upon checkout, you will be redirected to the invoice page, where you can see the payment instructions to settle your registration fee and complete your registration.
